Logical Motivators (LM) is a Ugandan registered Consultancy firm suitably incorporated
as a Limited Liability Company. We are operating in Uganda within the
East African community. LM is registered as a consultancy firm that specializes in strategic
development and human resource services.
LM was established in 2011 after carrying out a needs assessment that recognized missing links
in the strategic designs and implementation done by organizations institutions corporate
companies and government entities which made many to fail to reach their desired ends.
Our mission is to, “To work with and through individuals, organizations and institutions to
improve the quality of life of the masses through trainings, research, and networking.”
LM engage in skilling programs, provide advice to organizations, institutions, corporate
companies and government entities with a purpose of improving their operational efficiencies and thus providing quality services.

MONA HERBERT

Head Operations

He is passionate about young people and devotes a lot of his time developing strategies that support youth community development and  participation.  Mona is a strong communicator with experience  and backgrounds in media and communications advocacy and social economic development for youth. He has worked in partnership with government agencies as well as international development actors and has built strong partnerships down from the grassroots up to the national levels of governance. Mona believes in the idea of creating a safe and supportive  environment within which spaces and platform given to young people do actively facilitate learning innovations creativity and a culture of  resilient  and determined mindsets among youths. This would above all else ensure that all young people in Uganda have a sense of pioneering leadership, accountability and responsibility.

BBAALE BENJAMIN

Deputy C.E.O

Bbaale Benjamin is a policy and planning consultant. For the last 17 years, Benjamin has been an educationist and doing free-lance consultation work. He has partnered with several organizations in policy formulation, basic and applied research. He holds a master’s degree in educational policy and planning from Makerere University and he is a PhD candidate of educational management in the same institution. He has experience Bbaale Benjamin’s personal vision is to increase value at any given task and maximise productivity by improving operational efficiencies and maximise utilisation of the available resources. His keys to success include Integrity, Ethics, Leadership, Teamwork, Training, and Communication. His research interests include quality assurance, gender, Institutional Research, financial literacy and human rights.
